Take a breath and entertain the thought for one minute that perhaps you’re doing the exercises that hurt and torture your body incorrectly. What if you could learn to master them and even use them as the vehicles towards ultimate strength? Imagine actually getting the results you want!

In this workshop-like setting we’ll cover form in great detail.

This is about expressing your power, power you didn’t know that you body had.
