Take a breath and entertain the thought for one minute that perhaps you’re doing the exercises that hurt and torture your body incorrectly. What if you could learn to master them and even use them as the vehicles towards ultimate strength? Imagine actually getting the results you want!
In this workshop-like setting we’ll cover form in great detail. Each class will have either a bio-mechanical or movement pattern theme, so that you can know how to nail that lunge, squat or whatever. Torture time is over! Let real progress begin!
