I want to equip you with the knowledge necessary to take on any physical activity you desire. I’ve read all the boring tomes and teach you about your anatomy and physiology through experiential learning, e.g. movement! 

Participants in the classes have: 

  • Resolved pain
  • Removed confusion and fear when approaching any exercise.
  • Connected with their body’s strength and integrity. 
  • Received modifications to adapt to individual needs.
