web_melSo, readers, you may have noticed that our site is changing…for the better.  A few weeks ago we organized our first official photo and video shoot.  We can’t wait to share the fruits of our labors with you!  There is an incredible amount of work and detailed planning that goes into a photo shoot.  It was very important to us that we have t-shirts with our company logo, not just for the shoot, but going forward every time we teach and to share with our friends and clients.

Getting the right t-shirts can also be very stressful.  Doing it online can be cheap and speedy…as well as terrifying.  In the end, you don’t really know how the shirts are going to turn out until they are on your body.  That’s why I (Mel, in charge of the t-shirts for this project and so many other details.  Lucky, Kim!) am so happy and grateful to have found BlueCotton.com.  They literally held my hand (well, not literally, cause that would be creepy) the entire process, even when I screwed up the first order.  Yep, I totally screwed it up!  First of all I was all freaked out, because I was afraid of putting our logo too low so that our boobs would stretch it out in a weird way.  Yes, that is a valid concern!  Make your own brand and organize your own photo shoot, then see what you start freaking out about.

But BlueCotton stepped in right away.  Even before I placed my order I was assigned my own personal sales rep.  A real person!!!! I didn’t have to deal with a bad phone or customer service system.  Jamie (who is super awesome) became my best friend and support…she had no choice.  She made sure my logo looked great and that there was no weird boob distortion. All was well in the land of SMARTer Bodies.  But when they came in I realized I hadn’t paid attention enough to the shirt’s specs and turned out they were too big.  I was devastated.  I had already spent the money that was budgeted for the shirts.  I called Jamie in desperation hoping that there was something, ANYTHING that could be done.  She heard my hysteria (wasn’t really trying to hide it) and the stress of having the photo shoot in less than a week.

Suffice it to say Jamie soothed my stress and provided me an excellent solution, which is the ultimate example of amazing customer service.  I ended up reordering shirts that fit us perfectly at a discounted price  and they even rushed my second order to me FREE!  BlueCotton and Jamie went out of their way to help me find the perfect shirts, so that our shoot went as planned.  This kind of action from a company is critical in keeping a client’s stress to a minimum when there’s so much going on.

We don’t usually do product endorsement on this blog, nor are the links in this post affiliate (paid) links.  But I want others to know about BlueCotton.  Excellent service deserves credit and loyalty.  This is the company we’ll be ordering our t-shirts from again and again!
