Looking forward to reading more of your articles about Yoga and learning how to keep a SMARTER BODY! Enjoyed the article about drinking the right amount of water for my weight. I know how important it is to drink plenty of water, but always wondered if I was drinking enough. Very interesting…all of it!! Thanks for the information.
Hey Barb, thanks so much for the comment! We are trying to come up with interesting and informative stuff. As for the water, that was a good one.
